Equinoxe® PHx Proximal Humeral Fracture System

Comprehensive solutions designed to address various proximal humerus fracture patterns.

Trauma Solutions.
Innovative Technology.

Reduce Complexity.
Deploy Stability.

The Equinoxe PHx Proximal Humeral Fracture System introduces a proximal humerus locking plate system that allows surgeons to accommodate different fractures to tailor care to patient needs. This comprehensive 20-plate system includes the novel Exac-Loc™ Screws, featuring patented Exac-Loc technology.

The screws use deployable and retractable talons designed for additional fracture stabilization by increasing the surface area of fixation into the proximal humeral bone.

The Equinoxe® PHx Proximal Humeral Fracture System delivers accurate “anatomical” reconstruction. Exac-Loc technology, a key feature of the system, combines the proven effectiveness of a humeral head lag screw with a deployable interbody locking mechanism. This innovative approach is designed to increase construct stability. Novel implants, engineered with added calcar screw options and redesigned screw configurations, completely capture and maintain fracture reduction.

The system includes a single tray equipped with three distinct styles of plates, two styles of Exac-loc screws and an innovative K-wire block instrument designed to assist in precise anatomical reduction. This comprehensive approach facilitates successful surgical management when reconstructing proximal humeral bone.
